The city of Pawtucket, Rhode Island, is hiring an experienced HR professional who can guide and manage the personnel strategy for a city of 75,000 residents. The position reports to the Director of Finance and manages all aspects of human resources, including recruitment and retention, pay and classification, benefits, training and labor relations.
