The town of Braintree is seeking a qualified and motivated Director of Human Resources to support the full scope of HR operations. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, leave management (FMLA, ADA), and offboarding. The Director supervises the HR department, ensuring consistency in policy application and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
