The town of Scituate seeks enthusiastic and qualified candidates for the position of Human Resources Director. Responsible for the development and oversight of personnel practices and policies for the town, including employee recruitment, policy development and collective bargaining. Provides guidance and support to managers in handling employee performance. Conducts investigations as necessary. Coordinates and manages family and medical leave, workplace accommodations, workers compensation and unemployment assistance for Town employees.
Bachelor’s degree with at least six years of progressively responsible experience in human resources administration. Public personnel administration preferred; prior experience in collective bargaining required.
Salary range is Grade NU-S 7: $113,110 to $134,452 annually DOE.
