The town of Raynham seeks a Human Resources Manager to support the Town Administrator and the Select Board in the administration of human resources (HR) functions, including administering policies, collective bargaining agreement provisions, and state and federal laws relating to human resources.
The town is seeking an individual with experience and expertise in Massachusetts General Laws and human resources administration, including essential HR functions; communication with a broad range of stakeholders, including residents, applicants, employees, and officials; advising and assisting department heads with HR, employee relations, and labor relations matters; benefits administration and enrollment; recruitment, selection, and retention; retirement and leave administration; employee and labor relations; and compliance with state and federal requirements.
