HVAC Technician

The Concord Facilities Division is looking for an experienced professional HVAC Technician to join their team. The incumbent will have experience in designing HVAC infrastructures, its maintenance, preventative care, emergency repairs and manage large-scale HVAC projects. Must possess a current Massachusetts refrigeration license, oil burners’ license, sheet metal license, EPA certification, hot works certification and a valid Massachusetts driver’s license. Five years of progressively responsible related experience, including experience in installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining or coordinating repair of a variation of different HVAC and boiler equipment.
