Our members are the local governments of Massachusetts and their elected and appointed leadership.
The town of Bedford is seeking proposals from qualified Massachusetts-licensed attorneys or law firms to serve as Town Counsel (General and/or Labor Counsel) for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2029. Services include advising on municipal law matters, reviewing and negotiating contracts, representing the Town in litigation and administrative proceedings, and attending Select Board and Town Meeting sessions as needed.
