The town of Hopkinton seeks (Substitute) Library Assistants for its Substitute Pool.

Hiring range: $18.41 – $22.26, depending on qualifications
Up to 14 hours/week, on an as-needed basis.
Substitutes will fill evening and weekend hours as needed. Weekend hours include Saturday and/or Sunday.

The Library Assistants perform all tasks related to the daily operations of the Circulation desk, Young Adult, and/or Children’s desks. Other duties include retrieving and checking in all materials, collecting lost item fines, handling online museum pass reservation requests, assisting patrons in locating materials, resolving patron account-related issues, and answering phone inquiries.
