The Office Assistant maintains member and retiree records, manages electronic and paper filing systems, responds to member inquiries, processes incoming and outgoing correspondence, assists with benefit enrollment documentation, and supports preparation of Retirement Board agendas and periodic reports to ensure accurate records and efficient office operations.
