Police Officers (POST-Certified)

The town seeks applications for two full-time police officers (following a recent retirement and an additional Town Meeting FY25 appropriation). Harvard is a lively community of 5,960 residents, located 25 miles west of Boston, along Route 2 and 495. We are looking for dedicated and proactive candidates who are eager to engage with the community and adept at resolving issues.

Salary range: $57,158 ($58,864 FY25) to $73,340 ($75,545 FY25), plus additional education incentives (for non-Quinn eligible; Quinn for Quinn-eligible), and differential ($3,120 evening, $3,744 midnight). Four/two schedule, longevity pay, Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance.
