The city of Worcester is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Principal Human Resources Generalist for the Hiring division within the Human Resources department. The Principal Human Resources (HR) Generalist is responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and operational duties related to the overall function of the Human Resources department with a primary focus on tasks within the Hiring division. The Principal HR Generalist will lead complex recruitment and talent-development initiatives while coordinating cross-departmental projects that advance citywide workforce goals. This position will oversee programs such as Boards and Commissions, internships, senior tax abatement program and more.

SALARY RANGE: $69,898 – $91,542 hourly, full-time, with an excellent benefits package.
