Hiring Hourly Rate: $71,562.22 – $80,000.00
The town of Belmont is currently seeking candidates for a full-time Public Health Nurse. This opportunity will enable the successful professional candidate to join a dedicated team that provides high quality services to the community of Belmont!
The Public Health Nurse performs technical work to conduct communicable disease investigations and related follow-up. Plans and implements immunization clinics and provides general health education programs to the public.
Bachelor’s degree in nursing with a minimum of two years of experience in health department nursing, hospital nursing, school nursing, or related area; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. Must be a Registered Nurse in the State of Massachusetts.
This position is full-time, 40 hours, requiring candidates to be available to work during the department’s hours. Fully Benefitted!
