Job Description

The Northern Middlesex Council of Governments (NMCOG) is seeking a Regional Housing Coordinator to support local and regional housing initiatives across the Greater Lowell region. This full-time professional position will help support the Regional Housing Services Office program, working under the general direction of the Executive Director and the supervision of the Director of Housing and Economic Development.

Ideal candidates will have experience in housing planning, zoning, affordable housing development, community engagement, and project management. Strong research, writing, and collaboration skills are essential. Knowledge of Massachusetts housing and land use regulations is highly desirable.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with three-plus years of relevant experience or a master’s degree with two-plus years of experience in planning, public policy, public administration, or a related field.
