Residential Building Inspector – 25 hours

The town of Dartmouth is seeking a part-time, benefit eligible, Residential Building Inspector for 25 hours per week. This position is responsible for administrative, technical and inspectional work related to the enforcement and interpretation of the state building code, the local zoning bylaw and other applicable regulations.

High school diploma and 10 years of experience in the supervision of building construction or design; or equivalent five years of experience, construction supervisory experience, or any equivalent combination of education and experience. State certification required.

The salary range for this position is $27.84-$36.23 per hour. Open until filled.
