Senior Engineer

Job Description

The city of Cambridge is seeking a Senior Engineer to work toward the goal of providing efficient operations and excellent customer service. The individual in this role will be an important contributor to the department’s Capital Improvement Programs in the areas of sewer separation, stormwater management, street reconstruction, and other public infrastructure improvements, and will demonstrate effective community relations, sound decision-making, financial responsibility, and strong problem-solving skills, and other tasks as assigned. 

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field, five-plus years’ experience with demonstrated experience designing and/ or constructing multimillion-dollar infrastructure projects, multi-modal transportation projects and sewer separation projects, Ability to manage and administer public works construction contracts.

RATE: $118,603 – $131,253 Annually
