Our members are the local governments of Massachusetts and their elected and appointed leadership.
The Town Administrator serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of the town. The Town Administrator provides policy recommendations to the Select Board and implements policies adopted by the Board. The Administrator is the personnel director, and appoints most department heads, supervises the activities of municipal departments, plays a key role in preparation of the annual budget, capital improvement plan, and administrative affairs of the town. The Town Administrator shall act under the direct supervision of the Select Board.

This is a full-time, benefit-eligible, salaried position with a pay range of $170,000 – $190,000 depending on experience.
