Our members are the local governments of Massachusetts and their elected and appointed leadership.
The town of Billerica, through its Select Board, requests for proposals (RFP) from qualified law firms or individual attorneys for Town Counsel and legal services. Qualified bidders should note that, in accordance with MGL Chapter 30B, Section 1 (b)(15) the procurement of legal services is exempt from the procurement process.
Copies of the RFP may be secured at the Select Board Office, Billerica Town Hall, Room #203, 365 Boston Road, Billerica, MA 01821, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays; or on the town’s website, at www.town.billerica.ma.us; or requesting a copy by email from selectboard@town.billerica.ma.us.
