Starting Hourly Rate Range $28.9984 – $31.1683
Salary Range Exceeds Hiring Range

This position provides transportation coordination for the transportation program for the Council on Aging including scheduling and providing rides, and delivery of books. Prepares monthly reports and supervises transportation employees, volunteer drivers, and dispatchers. This position is responsible for maintaining and improving upon the efficiency and effectiveness of all areas under their direction and control; performs all other related work as required

Associate degree or equivalent with three to five years of fleet management experience plus one year of dispatching experience Certification in Senior Transportation is desired. AED, and CPR certification is required. Massachusetts Driver’s License with ability to take a safe driving course within 30 days of hire.

This is a full-time Benefits Eligible position working 40 hours per week, covered under SEIU Union. Qualifies for the Town’s complete, comprehensive benefits package, including the town’s pension system.
