The town of Ipswich is seeking an innovative and driven Water Resources Manager to lead initiatives that protect our water supply, advance sustainability, and strengthen environmental resilience.

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually

In this role, you’ll:

✅ Develop water conservation and sustainability programs

✅ Lead environmental and One Water initiatives

✅ Analyze complex data to guide policy and decision-making

✅ Pursue and manage grant funding opportunities

✅ Support regulatory compliance and water quality programs

✅ Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders

✅ Use GIS and technology to improve operations and customer service
