Job Description
The town of Holden seeks an experienced Water and Sewer Superintendent to lead the operation, maintenance, and management of its Water and Sewer Division, serving more than 6,500 residential and commercial customers. Reporting to the Director of Public Works, this leadership position oversees personnel, budgets, regulatory compliance, capital improvement projects, water supply and treatment operations, sewer collection systems, contractor coordination, and emergency response activities. The successful candidate will have experience in water and sewer system operations and management, strong supervisory and budgeting skills, and the ability to work effectively with the public, regulatory agencies, consultants, and municipal departments.
