The town of Sharon is seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) skilled and safety-conscious Water Technician to join its department of Public Works.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining and repairing the town’s water distribution system, ensuring safe, reliable drinking water through hands-on technical work and teamwork in the field.

This is a union, non-exempt position with generous benefits, including health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts and retirement plans. Overtime opportunities available. The FY 2026 starting salary range is $56,014 – $59,010, DOQ. Salary range will increase for fiscal year 2027.
