Job Description

The Dedham-Westwood Water District is seeking a Water Treatment Plant Relief Operator to join its Production Department. 

This position is responsible for efficiently assisting in the operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment related to the production and treatment of a water supply. To ensure adequate supply from all sources to meet customer demands and to provide safe, clean, and potable drinking water in accordance with Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection and Federal Environmental Protection Agency regulations.

About Dedham-Westwood Water District (www.dwwd.org) The Dedham-Westwood Water District is the Public Water Supplier to the towns of Dedham and Westwood. The District was formed as a government body in 1985 and is governed by a six-member Board of Water Commissioners appointed by the Select Boards of the two towns.
