The webinar will discuss how artificial intelligence can fit into municipal work, including the importance of context in AI outcomes, what “AI literacy” means for public sector teams, and a responsible starting point for municipalities.
Presenters will be Kevin Gulley and Brendan McShreffrey from the Kendall Project, a Massachusetts-based company that helps organizations develop the clarity, shared language, and operating foundations needed to use AI safely and effectively.
This MMA webinar is the first in a series on AI. Sessions will also cover practical AI applications for municipal use and creating AI policies.
Online registration is available for the 90-minute webinar, which will begin at noon. Only MMA members may register. MMA members include elected officials and municipal employees from MMA member communities across the state. Media members are not permitted to attend.
