On July 30, the MMA will host the second webinar in a two-part series focusing on strategic planning and organizational alignment.
The second webinar will continue to explore strategies for building a cohesive municipal structure, and will feature a comprehensive implementation roadmap.
Great Barrington Town Manager Liz Hartsgrove will continue the presentation. She brings two decades of expertise in executive leadership, strategic planning, and community engagement across various municipalities in the Cape Cod and Berkshire regions.
Brewster Assistant Town Manager Donna Kalinick will serve as the moderator.

Online registration is available for the 75-minute webinar, which will begin at noon. Only MMA members may register. MMA members include elected officials and municipal employees from MMA member communities across the state. Media members are not permitted to attend.
