MMA to host ‘Municipal Conflict Management’ webinar on Nov. 2

Online registration is open for a free “Municipal Conflict Management” webinar being hosted by the MMA on Nov. 2.

The webinar will help appointed and elected local officials increase their conflict resilience and learn skills for identifying and disarming tension in external municipal settings.

Clinicians from AllOne Health will provide an overview of conflict and its primary causes, and share examples of conflict in public meetings, as well as prevention strategies.

This session will not focus on internal employee conflict, but attendees may learn skills that can be applied to these interpersonal relationships.

Speakers will include AllOne Health Regional Executive Director Michael Stuart and AllOne Health EAP professional and clinician Katie Gilfeather.
