This full-time onsite leadership role requires expertise in MGL Ch. 32, finance, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance. The Executive Director will manage retiree payroll, benefit calculations, audits, board reporting, and supervise one staff member. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are essential. A bachelor’s degree and five to ten years of relevant experience required. Salary range $95-125K.
