Chief Administrative and Financial Officer

Lawrence seeks a Chief Administrative and Financial Officer (CAFO). The ideal candidate is an experienced municipal leader with a background in municipal finance, budgeting, and administration, and experience in managing complex financial operations with strategic leadership. Candidates must have effectively overseen financial planning, compliance, and reporting while working collaboratively with municipal and state leadership, as well as being able to manage multiple financial department heads, including human resources. Starting salary is anticipated to be $175,000+, depending on direct experience and qualifications.
