The town of Harvard seeks an Assistant Town Administrator/HR Director to administer all HR functions and benefits administration. Works closely with Harvard Public Schools administration to support school personnel. This position also assists the Town Administrator in the planning and implementation of capital projects and initiatives, budget development, and collective bargaining. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration (or equivalent) preferred.

Projected hiring range $95k-$110k

Start date ideally in early June 2025
