Human Resources Director

The town of Millis is seeking a qualified individual to lead and manage the Human Resources department. The Human Resources Director performs complex professional, administrative, technical, and supervisory work in planning, coordinating, organizing, developing, and implementing the activities of the Human Resource department for all departments, including the School. Ensures compliance with state, federal, and local laws and policies. Maintains a town-wide system of personnel administration to ensure that managers and employees have a consistent and equitable base of personnel related policies and procedures.

Salary range $95,000-$118,641 commensurate with experience. Full benefits.
