Assistant Superintendent of Finance and Operations

MPS is seeking is seeking an Assistant Superintendent of Finance and Operations to assist with the administration of business affairs of the school system, in such a way as to provide the best possible education services with the financial resources available. This individual serves as the overseer of the business operations of the school department.

Qualifications include:
-Master’s degree in public administration, business or related discipline
-Five or more years of successful financial management preferably in a school organization
-Knowledge of Massachusetts purchasing laws, MCPPO preferred
