Housing Coordinator

The town of Wellfleet is seeking to fill the position of Housing Coordinator to administer the town’s housing programs and, in collaboration with the Wellfleet Housing Partnership, Affordable Housing Trust, Housing Authority and other town committees such as the Maurice’s Campground Planning Committee, [hereafter, Wellfleet Housing Committee] to develop and execute policies and programs that bring the town’s Housing Production Plan to fruition. Key focus areas include community and economic development, long-range planning, zoning, site plan review, housing, and transportation.

A bachelor’s degree in planning or related field with five to seven years municipal planning experience. Valid Massachusetts Class D Driver’s license and certification as Housing Coordinator by the AICP or the ability to obtain certification within twelve months of hire. Supervisory experience preferred. Salary $87,000-$94,000.
