The Pioneer Valley Regional School District (PVRSD) seeks a Director of Finance and Operations to join our high-performing and collaborative leadership team.
PVRSD has recently achieved notable financial success. Budget increases and town assessments have been moderate; collective bargaining agreements have provided excellent increases in compensation for staff; and the district was able to return $740K to its towns.
The district has one school committee, and school committee meetings are marked by an unusually high degree of professionalism, respect, and efficiency. The district collaborates with a veteran public finance official who will mentor the selected candidate should they need a higher level of support in their first years.
