The town of Falmouth seeks an experienced manager to serve as our next Deputy DPW Director. The successful candidate is a forward-thinking, resourceful, and collaborative leader who will assist the Public Works Director in managing and setting goals for a fast-paced, multi-disciplined, full-service department with a $400 million capital plan, 100 employees, and nine divisions: Administration, Engineering, Facilities, Fleet Services, Highway (including Beach Maintenance), Parks, Waste Management, Wastewater, and Water.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (civil or environmental preferred) and six to eight years of progressively responsible experience in public works administration, including supervisory experience. Massachusetts Professional Engineer License preferred.
Expected Starting Salary Range: Step 1 ($117,707.20) to Step 7 ($143,852.80) of the 10-step pay scale.
