The town of Norfolk seeks a seasoned leader to enforce the Massachusetts State Building Code, oversee permitting, inspections, and zoning enforcement, and supervise staff and budgets. You’ll review plans, issue certificates of occupancy, and advise stakeholders. The full-time position offers a salary range of $112,091.20 – $117,748.80.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, minimum five years progressive experience, valid MA Inspector of Buildings or Building Commissioner certification (or ability to obtain within 18 months), and a valid driver’s license.
