The town of North Reading is accepting Proposals for the revaluation of all real property and personal property in the town of North Reading.
The Revaluation Program consists of valuing approximately 6,553 parcels of Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Mixed-Use and Exempt property within the town of North Reading. Personal Property consists of 515-540 Accounts. The Contractor will be required to update the values on all such real property on or before October 5, 2027. A detailed Request for Proposal may be obtained from:

Sealed proposals will be received and registered in the Office of the Board of Assessors until July 21 at 10 a.m.
Bid opening will be held at 10:30 a.m. on July 21. Room 5.
The town of North Reading reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals if it is considered to be in the interests of the town.
