The city of Northampton is seeking a Engineering Superintendent for the department of Public Works!

  • 40 Hours per week
  • Current Salary Grade K; Hourly Rate Range: $43.68 – $57.32
  • FY26 Rates are currently in negotiations

DEFINITION:

This position is responsible for performing professional project management and administrative work relating to the design, construction and maintenance of all city Public Works projects, for supervising all Engineering division personnel, and for performing administrative work assisting the Director of Public Works in project planning and project management for all divisions of the department.
