The Waterville Estates Village District seeks experienced administrator to serve as its next General Manager. Located in the beautiful White Mountains region of NH set among the state’s largest ski mountains, yet easily accessible 120 miles north of Boston on I-93. The area offers exceptional year-round outdoor recreational opportunities.
A governmental organization organized under NH law (RSA53) within parts of the towns of Thornton, NH and Campton, NH providing drinking water, roads and operating facilities along with recreational services to the owners of properties within the District. Operates an amazing community center, ski area, two restaurants with bars, an event hall, multiple swimming pools and hot tubs. The operating budget is $2.18M. The water budget is $615,000. There are 14 FTE’s and 35 seasonal/PTE’s.
A degree in business, public or recreation administration and five years’ experience as a manager/administrator or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, team building, collaboration, conflict resolution and business skills are required. Salary range to $100,000; starting salary DOQ. EOE.
