The Charlton Fire Department is expanding with a newly created position – EMS Officer. This position will lead and manage the departments Emergency Medical Services operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality Prehospital care, maintaining regulatory compliance at the local, state and federal levels, and providing strong leadership and training for EMS personnel. Benefits include vacation, personal, sick and floating holidays, clothing allowance, tuition reimbursement (60%), college degree stipends, Health, dental, life and many other benefits. Position will remain open until filled. Starting salary is $89,900 -$91,900.
