Job Description

The city of Somerville is in search of a Service Operations Manager. Responsible for managing and supervising daily customer service operations for the Water and Sewer department. Duties include overseeing staff, handling escalated issues, managing call and foot traffic, improving procedures, and coordinating with leadership to ensure high-quality service. Works closely with billing staff and communicates service updates to the public. Participates in hiring and training new administrative staff. Performs other related duties that may be assigned. 

Hours: Full-time

Salary: $90,000
