The town of West Bridgewater is seeking qualified applicants for the position of a part-time Principal Secretary – Inspectional Services. Reports to the Town Planner/Coordinator of Inspectional Services.
Responsible for various duties requiring a thorough knowledge of departmental operations and the exercise of judgment and initiative. Excellent administrative skills, ability to multitask, and great attention to detail a must.
Minimum high school diploma, degree preferred, with professional level skills in bookkeeping, typing and data management programs. Must have a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications and/or equivalent.
Knowledge of Massachusetts Open Meeting Law and Public Records Law a plus.
SPEA Union Position approximately 20 hours per week $24.34-29.59 per hour includes a full benefits package.
