North Brookfield is a rural community. The town office is open four days a week, Monday through Thursday. DPW works five days a week and as expected public safety departments are 24/7.
North Brookfield is seeking a detail-oriented Town Administrator. Candidates who possess finance and budget skills, planning and development leadership skills experience in human resources and grant writing are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of management experience in a municipal setting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
