The town of Concord seeks a dynamic Employee Development and Engagement Specialist to support employee development, performance management, engagement, and organizational growth. Reporting to the HR Director, this role coordinates training, manages performance and goal-tracking tools, and contributes to initiatives that enhance the employee experience. You’ll plan and facilitate trainings, support leadership development, create resources for career pathing, and produce a monthly employee newsletter. Ideal candidates hold a degree in HR or related field with five-plus years of HR/talent development experience. Bring your expertise, creativity, and passion for people to help our workforce thrive!
