Job Description

The town of Spencer is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Senior Clerk for the Treasurer/ Collectors Office. This position provides a wide range of bookkeeping and clerical support for the Office of the Treasurer/Collector. Must be proficient in MS Office applications and bookkeeping; experience in a municipal or customer service setting is preferred. High school diploma or general equivalency, plus a minimum of two to three years’ office experience required. This is a full-time (36 hours), benefit eligible position, starting salary is between $24.43 to $32.91 based upon experience.
