The town of Wayland is seeking a dynamic full-time Executive Assistant to support the Town Manager and Select Board. This key role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, engaging municipal office where you can make a significant impact for Wayland’s 14,000+ residents. Ideal candidates should have strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail and a positive can-do attitude. Responsibilities include preparing correspondence on behalf of the Town Manager and Select Board, preparing agendas and meeting materials for Select Board meeting, managing the town manager’s schedule, and oversight Select Board licensing responsibilities. Full salary range: $66,093 – $86,237. 35hrs/week + benefits. Candidates must have HS diploma and five years administrative experience working for senior management, experience in a municipal setting preferred.
