The town of Carlisle is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Finance and Human Resources Assistant to support the operations of the Treasurer-Collector and the Assistant Town Administrator/HR Director. This full-time position requires a candidate proficient in both financial and human resources functions, with a commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and effective communication.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the town’s financial processes and human resources administration, contributing to the efficient delivery of municipal services and supporting the town’s workforce.
This position works 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Non-union pay scale starting at $35.13/hour, hiring range DOQ. Excellent benefits including insurance, participation in the town’s retirement plan, and paid time off.
