The city of Woburn Council on Aging is seeking motivated, qualified candidates for the position of Outreach Coordinator to provide information and referral services to the Woburn senior and their families
The Outreach Coordinator—Council on Aging for the city of Woburn provides information and referral services as well as advocacy to Woburn seniors and their families. Assists seniors as well as those with disabilities to access local services to promote well-being of individuals. Develop, enhance and maintain community relations between the city and targeted populations. Foster relationships among the city departments, community groups and agencies. Assist in program development to address emerging needs of Woburn’s aging population. The Outreach Coordinator works under the supervision of the Woburn Council on Aging Director.

Salary – $60,495.35
Hours: Monday through Wednesday 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Thursdays 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Fridays 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break Monday through Thursday.
