The MMA/MIIA office is located near the intersection of Otis and Devonshire streets, one block north of Summer Street and in close proximity to both Downtown Crossing and South Station.
Parking is available at various office complexes within walking distance of One Winthrop Square. Parking costs range from $25 to $36 day. It can be difficult to find parking in the area after 8 a.m. The parking garage at the Hyatt Regency Boston and the Boston Common garage offer the most reliable parking with easy access to both the MMA office and the State House. Parking may also be available at MBTA parking facilities outside of the city.

Walking to One Winthrop Square from Hyatt Regency Boston: Exit the garage onto Chauncy Street, take a left and go one block. Take a right onto Summer Street and go one block. Take a left onto Otis Street, and the entrance to One Winthrop Square will be one block on right. There is a small park in front of the building.

• Commuter rail trains into North Station: You may then take the Orange Line from North Station to the Downtown Crossing stop.
