The MMA is using this form to update subscriptions for The Beacon and the Municipal Advocate for member cities and towns.

The update should only be completed by the Chief Municipal Executive Officer of a city or town.

In updating our systems, we are changing the way we assign these subscriptions, by linking them to Position/Title. We believe this will ensure fewer disruptions in service to positions that receive the Beacon and/or Advocate as the people in those positions change.

Each city and town will also receive a certain number of additional subscriptions that you, as the chief municipal official, can assign to additional staff and elected officials (by title). The number for each community was included in an email sent to each chief municipal official explaining this update process. You can submit that information using this online form.

Please note: Any Beacon/Advocate subscriptions that your community is entitled to that are not assigned to a specific position will not be mailed to your city or town. If you are unsure of the number of additional subscriptions assigned to your community, please contact Meredith Gabrilska at the MMA.

Municipal libraries will continue to receive one subscription to The Beacon and the Municipal Advocate, and do not need to be included on this list.
