Our members are the local governments of Massachusetts and their elected and appointed leadership.
The Department of Housing and Community Development will hold two public hearings this month and will be accepting written comments through Feb. 7 in connection with its draft fiscal 2011 action plan for the following programs:
• Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program
• HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) program
• Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) program
• Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) program
The hearings will be held as follows:
Tuesday, Jan. 25, 1-2 p.m.

Friday, Jan. 28, 11 a.m.-noon
West Springfield Municipal Building
26 Central St., West Springfield
Interested persons will have an opportunity to present data, views, and verbal testimony relative to housing and community development needs in Massachusetts, according to the DHCD.
