The State Ethics Commission conducts bimonthly seminars for public employees on the conflict of interest law at the commission office.

The seminars are an opportunity for new hires and employees who were not able to attend previous seminars to receive important training on the restrictions imposed under Chapter 268A of the General Laws.

Seminars are typically held every other month on the fourth Thursday at 10 a.m. at the commission office, unless otherwise indicated.

Upcoming seminars will be held on Feb. 2, March 23 and June 1.

The State Ethics Commission is located on the sixth floor of the McCormack State Office Building, One Ashburton Place, room 619, in Boston.

Space is limited. To register for a seminar at the commission office, call (617) 371-9500.

For agencies and employees located outside the Boston area, the commission offers the opportunity to attend a bimonthly seminar via webinar. To register and receive sign-in information, contact the commission at (617) 371-9500.

Government agencies that have not hosted a seminar in a while, may consider scheduling one at their offices. To do so, contact David Giannotti at (617) 371-9505 or David.Giannotti@state.ma.us.
