The MMA will relaunch its virtual professional development training this Fall.
This webinar series is designed to help municipal staff navigate workplace pressure, communication and burnout. Cally Ritter, principal of Positive Ripple Training and Consulting, will lead the upcoming series. Ritter is a highly regarded trainer who has spent more than 25 years as a leadership development facilitator and EAP consultant working directly with municipalities.
Pacing Yourself: Preventing Burnout, Sustaining Performance
Over the past several years, we’ve faced one challenge after another — a global crisis, funding cuts, mounting public demands — and many of us are running on empty. Our nervous systems have been under sustained strain, and the exhaustion is real. This session explores evidence-based approaches to interrupting burnout before it takes hold.

The registration fee for each webinar is $45, or the series may be purchased for a reduced rate of $120. All participants must register individually. Upon registering, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This email will not contain the Zoom access information. Attendees will be sent the Zoom information once registration closes at noon the day before each webinar.
All cancellation requests must be received via email at least one week in advance to receive a refund. Please note that your registration fee also provides access to the webinar recording on MMA On-Demand.
